We use
aramex courier service for "Express Shipping" (4 - 5 days
most countries) and Egyptian Mail Service EMS for "Standard
Shipping" (14-21 days most countries).

customs duty and/or taxes due to buyer's country regulations.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are determined by order weight, destination and type
of shipping. When you add items to your shopping cart you will get
an estimate of shipping cost (before you proceed to checkout), based
on items weight in cart, destination selected and average of express
and standard shipping.
The minimum weight you pay for is 0.5 kilo / 1.1 lbs.

enter your email and Egyalleys order number, which you receive in
order confirmation e-mail and not 2checkout.com authorization id.
Online order tracking of shipped orders is available only for express
shipping.
When order is shipped, we send you email, with Air
Way Bill number.
To track your order go to www.aramex.com/track.asp and enter your
air way bill number.
Return Policy
" If you are not satisfied with what you received, send back and get full refund"
You can return any product for any reason for a
refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, no
returns will be accepted, or refunds will be allowed.

Returned items must be in original unused mint
condition, in the original packaging. You will be refunded what you
paid .

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within same day of receiving
your returned pack.
