When order is shipped we change it's status from "packing" to "shipped" and you automatically receive an email with tracking details.  If for any reason you didn't receive the order status update email you may check order status  online by clicking order status link on top menu bar and enter your email and Egyalleys order ID not paypal or 2checkout authorization id.

Online order tracking is available for express shipping only. When  order is shipped, we send you email, with Air Way Bill #. To track your order go to www.aramex.com/ and enter your air way bill number.

Shopping at Egyalleys is a 5-step easy process:

In Egyalleys what you see is exactly what you will get.

1. Browse through different store categories. Review product description carefully especially for products with size details.
2. Choose the product  you like and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart" button. The browser will forward you to checkout if you want to continue shopping click  "continue shopping ".
3. When you finish shopping, click on "Checkout" button, enter your information and shipping address.
4. At the bottom select the purchase option "paypal" for payment through your "paypal" account , "credit card" for buying by your credit card from "2CheckOut", (2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of Egyalleys), buying by e-checks is available through both options).
   5-Select type of shipping "standard" [not available for all countries] or "Express" which we recommend . Complete your checkout and process your order. 

We use two methods for shipping:

• Express Shipping: We use aramex courier service to deliver your order to any destination worldwide  within 4- 5 days most countries.
• Standard Shipping: We use EPS ( Egyptian Post Service) registered air  parcel  to deliver your order  to any destination worldwide  within 12 - 21 days  depending on destination.
